- Registration | To be added to a class date an email must be sent to me at kelleyryden@gmail.com. Your name will not be added unless an email is sent in order for me to track history and obtain your business information. Subject line of the email should be as follows: register for class date ‘specific date’. Within the email please give name, address, phone, website and blog
- Payment | A $300 deposit is required to hold your spot. Your name will not be added until the deposit has been made. The remainder of the tuition is due one month prior to the class date either by check to my studio address or by credit card thru PayPal. Please let me let me know which payment method you prefer. Total tuition is $2100 for the two day large group class and $1900 for the one day small group class.

- schedule for 2 day class | [day 1] meet at 8:30 am in studio, set up for 30 minutes, first model at 9 am, second model at 11:30 am, break for lunch from 1:30 to 2 pm, 3rd model at 2 pm and finish around 4:30 pm. [day 2] meet at 9:30 am in studio, set up for 30 minutes, newborn model at 10 am, second model at 12 pm, lunch from 1:30 to 2 pm, then 2 pm to 5:00 pm digital workflow. Individual guidance after 5 pm
- schedule for 1 day class | meet at 8:30 am in studio, set up for 30 minutes, first model at 9 am, second model at 11:30 am, break for lunch from 1:30 to 2 pm, 3rd model at 2 pm and finish around 4:00 pm. Photoshop and digital workflow from 4-6 pm.
- size | large group class is limited to 15 photographers and small group class is limited to 5 photographers
- cancellation fee | once payment has been made, fee to cancel will be $300 US. If cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to class date the fee is 50% of total class cost
- extras | each attendee will receive Kelley’s black and white conversion and newborn color action for Photoshop
- portfolio | photographers will take images during class to be used to further promote their photography business and newborn portfolio
class descriptions
Two day large group class: class size is limited to 15 photographers. This class is geared for those that want as much time working on camera technique and seeing newborn posing with a variety of set-ups in a group setting. During the two days we spend 11+ hours with 6 newborns working on camera technique, set-ups (including bean bag posing, props, hanging and handheld shots), proper use of natural light, soothing techniques with posing, and digital workflow. Each photographer will take images at class to promote their photography business and newborn portfolio. Attendees will receive Kelley’s black and white conversion and newborn color action for Photoshop. Total tuition is $2100 and a $300 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
One day small group class: class size is limited to 5 photographers. This class is geared for those that want more individual guidance and opportunity working on camera technique and perfecting posing. We cover all the material covered in the 2 day class with a more individualized agenda meeting the needs of each photographer. We spend 6+ hours posing newborns and 2+ hours on digital workflow. Attendees will receive Kelley’s black and white conversion and newborn color action for Photoshop. Total tuition is $1900 and a deposit of $300 is required to reserve your spot.
One day private class: This class is offered to photographers that have already attended our baby posing class and want more opportunity to fine tune their newborn posing, camera technique and Photoshop skills. The private class is geared to the photographers individual needs and focuses on hands-on-posing and requested set-ups. This class is on a limited basis depending on our schedules. Total tuition is $2000.
